Members at Pepsi in Winnipeg Ratify New Collective Agreement

On Sunday, October 25, UFCW 832 members working at Pepsi Bottling Group in Winnipeg ratified their new three-year Collective Agreement by 75%.

The highlights of the new Collective Agreement are:

  • Long Term Disability premiums and wage increases amount to $1.50 over the life of the agreement.
  • Full-time jobs for senior part time workers in warehouse and merchandising (Chase Merchandisers).
  • Truck Drivers will receive an additional $2.15 over the life of the agreement.

“I want to thank our Bargaining Committee for the hard work they put in to get this deal for the members at Pepsi,” said Blake Crothers, Union Negotiator. “Their hard work resulted in great gains for their fellow members.”

UFCW Local 832 represents over 160 members who at Pepsi Bottling Group in Winnipeg, where they produce, ship, warehouse and delivers Pepsi products throughout Manitoba.
