UFCW Canada is pleased to launch the UFCW Canada Disability Justice Priorities Survey. This survey was created to better understand the UFCW Canada member experience with disability in the workplace and disability priorities. This survey initiative is meant to inform our national diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies as we continue fighting for the creation of accessible and barrier free workplace environments. As such, survey questions were developed in collaboration with community expertise and UFCW Canada representatives engaged in disability justice work.
Participation in the survey is currently available to UFCW Canada union members who identify as a person with a disability, an injured worker, a caregiver of someone with a disability or a disability justice ally.
All survey responses are anonymous. Once completed, survey respondents can click a link to enter a draw for a $50 grocery retail gift card. While they will need to provide their contact information on this screen, it will remain separate from the individual’s anonymous survey responses.
