On Friday, April 22, 2022, our member working at Arctic Drugs ratified their new three-year collective agreement.
The new agreement brings in fair wage increases each year and makes many language changes and cleanup to address and incentivize hiring into the vacant positions.
“Our small bargaining committee worked hard to make big improvements to this collective agreement,” said Joe Carreiro, Union Negotiator. “I’m hopeful that the improvements will get the vacancies filled in the pharmacy.”
Arctic Drugs Ltd. is a small pharmacy in Flin Flon, MB. UFCW 832 represents the pharmacy assistant positions.
