Senior Managers at Epic Opportunity voted yes to joining UFCW 832 in January of this year, and now they’ve voted yes to ratify their first contract with their employer.
“This was a motivated new group of members, and I’m glad to see we were able to work out a great first contract with their employer,” said Phil Kraychuk, Union Negotiator.

- Employment security
- Wage increases
- Two new float days
- Language and pay for being on-call
- Language for working out of scope and workload
