Members at ESIT Canada Say Yes to New Deal

On Tuesday, May 18, UFCW Local 832 members working at ESIT Canada (Formerly Hewlett-Packard) have ratified their new Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). The new CBA is a two-year agreement that will bring in wage increases of 3.75% over the life of the agreement, including retro-pay back to April 26, 2021. This new CBA also increases the transportation allowance, includes a new floating holiday, and adds an in-home office as an expense that members are able to take advantage of.

“This was one of the better agreements we’ve reached with this employer,” said Union Negotiator Phil Kraychuk. “I’m proud of our bargaining committee for landing this deal during such challenging times.”

ESIT Canada (HP) is an incoming call centre that offers assistance and technical support to their contracts. Our members provide assistance and technical support to the ESIT Canada clients.
