Members on December 20, 2019, ratified a new five-year deal. Members will see improved language in their collective agreement in terms of site information and improved communications with the Company.
Mobile Officers will see a 1.5 percent wage increase in each year of the collective agreement. Security guards on special paysites, which makes up the bulk of the members, will receive a minimum of a twenty-five cent per hour wage increase in each year of the deal or 1.75 percent whichever is greater.
Strong improvements to senior guards with a guarantee increase now for guards with five years of service with Guard and enhanced premium increases for those guards with ten and fifteen years with the Company.
