UFCW 832 members working at Aramark Refreshments ratified their new three year Collective Agreement today. The previous agreement had expired on September 30 of 2019, so this new ratification brings assurances and stability for the next few years.
“I’m very happy that we were able to reach an agreement and ensure our members were acknowledged for the time that was spent without an agreement,” said Sonia Taylor, UFCW 832 Negotiator.
This new agreement brings 5% wage increases over the three year agreement with retropay. Also contained in this new agreement is language cleanup and a list of increases:
- Increase to On-call premium
- Increases to bereavement leave
- Increases to parenting leave
- Increases to family responsibility leave
- Increases to dental plan
