Each month UFCW 832 will bring exciting speakers, on a variety of topics, right to your living room! Just look for the link the last Wednesday of each month to learn about things that matter to you, your family and your community.
The Sofa Series kicks off this week with special guest Ela Partyka, Director of the Canadian Mental Health Association for MB and Winnipeg. Ela will be sharing practical tips to deal with COVID-19 related depression, how to spot the signs that you or a loved one needs more support and where to find professional help.
The Sofa Series begins on Wednesday Jan 27, 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on zoom.
