Reh-Fit Centre Proposal Meeting
January 9 @ 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm CST
As you know, your existing Collective Bargaining Agreement expires on March 31, 2024. We have already begun to prepare for negotiations to bargain a new agreement on your behalf. Part of the preparation process is to obtain your ideas about what improvements should be negotiated into it. As such, I would ask that you send me any bargaining proposals or changes you would like to see in a new agreement. You can do this by emailing me at phil.kraychuk@ufcw832.com, calling me to discuss them between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. at 204-786-5055 Ext. 255, or writing them down and returning them in the postage paid envelope provided.
We will also be hosting proposal meetings for you to attend should you wish to in person.

We also do not have a committee member at this point. If you are interested in being part of your bargaining committee, please contact me directly at the contact info above. It is very important to have a good strong committee. In the event we do not have a volunteer your Union Representative and myself will proceed with negotiations.
