A tentative Agreement has been reached and your Negotiating Committee is unanimously recommending this settlement. Accordingly, we have scheduled membership meeting to vote on the settlement as follows:

Time: Approximately 4:30 PM (after work day is completed)
Location: Heartland Livestock Services Employee Lunchroom — Pizza will be provided
