General Mills Strike Vote – Team 1

Since your tentative deal was rejected by the membership, a strike vote has been scheduled. We have scheduled these votes to accommodate each of the teams.

We need a strong strike mandate, so please attend one of these meetings and vote. We will be meeting with the Company the week of January 23, 2023, to raise the issues on the last deal.

The date, time and location of all meetings are:

• January 11, 2023, for Team 2 at 4:30 p.m.
• January 11, 2023, for Team 1 at 6:30 p.m.
• January 12, 2023, for Team 4 at 4:30 p.m.
• January 12, 2023, for Team 3 at 6:30 p.m.
