Your bargaining committee comprised of Colette Hebert, Charlene Geiler and myself are very pleased to inform you that a tentative agreement has been reached with your Employer.

As such, a ratification vote session will be held in order to present you with the tentative agreement in place and give you the opportunity to vote on it since you have the last say.

The date, time and location of the meetings is as follows:
