Art Night with UFCW 832’s Women & Gender Equity Committee

Join other UFCW 832 women and gender diverse folks for a fun, paint-along evening! This is a night to have fun and connect with other women from your union! You don’t need to know anything about painting or art…in fact, it’s funner when you don’t.

This is our kickoff to this year’s 16 Days of activism against gender-based violence: an annual campaign that begins on November 25, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, and runs through International Human Rights Day on December 10. There is no cost to attend but we ask that attendees join us in fighting against gender-based violence by bringing an item or monetary donation for IKWE – a women’s shelter based here in Winnipeg. 

Come ready to try something new, have fun and support a great cause!
