Vista Park Lodge Membership Meeting 3
April 4, 2023 @ 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm CDT
Your bargaining committee met with the Employer on March 23, 2023, to attempt to finalize a wage package deal and to have a tentative agreement for you to vote on. At this time, the Employer is once again taking our last position back for a cost analysis and approval from Corporate.
We will be proceeding with the Membership Meetings on April 4, 2023, to update you in person on where negotiations are at. It is our hope that we will have a tentative agreement for you to vote on at these meetings. If there is no agreement to vote on, or a potential agreement is voted down, we will be discussing details of a potential strike and conducting a Strike Vote.
Times and location of the meetings will be as follows:
