General Mills Proposal Meeting

As you know, your existing Collective Bargaining Agreement expires on October 31, 2024. We have already begun to prepare for negotiations to bargain a new Agreement on your behalf.  Part of the preparation process is to obtain your ideas about what improvements should be negotiated into it.  As such, we will be hosting two proposal meetings for you to attend so we can obtain those ideas from you and use them to draft our official proposals to present to your employer once negotiations begin. The dates, time and location of the meetings are as follows:

Dates: Sunday, September 22, 2024 (Team 1&2)
Sunday, October 6, 2024 (Team 3&4)

If you are interested in putting your name forward for being on the bargaining committee, please email me or call me with your name, your classification and what shift you are on.

Please note you will have until September 16^th at 4:00 pm to provide your information to me to have your name on the ballot as we will be holding a vote at the meeting to elect your bargaining committee.
