In accordance with provincial public health orders, effective September 3, 2021, proof of COVID-19 immunization is now required to visit and participate in indoor programming at City-operated pools, fitness and leisure centres, and arenas.
Members will be required to bring a piece of government-issued ID to confirm that their identity matches their COVID-19 immunization card.
You can choose between:
A Facility Pass
Facility Passes can be used for general admission during public hours at any City of Winnipeg aquatic facility or leisure centre.
6-month facility pass – $190.30
12-month Facility Pass: $353.43
An Active Living Pass
Active Living Passes offers all the benefits of the Facility Pass, and can also be used for any City of Winnipeg drop-in Active Living class.
6-month Active Living pass – $254.27
12-month Active Living Pass: $494.03
There is no longer a deadline to purchase passes.
You can now purchase and renew an Active Living or Facility pass at their leisure at any City of Winnipeg recreation facility or 395 Main with valid proof of UFCW 832 membership.
- All must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
- If you no longer have your UFCW 832 membership card, please contact your Union Representative.

- There are no refunds or transfers on passes
- You must submit your membership fee in full by cheque only
- You must fill out a separate form for each person signing up
- You can purchase up to five passes for yourself and/or your family and friends
- Your enrollment form needs to be at UFCW Local 832 by December 13, 2021
- Leave your form and cheque in the mailbox by the front door of our office at 1412 Portage Ave.
