New contract ratified by Local 832 members at Epc St-Malo Day Program
On Monday, March 27 our members at Epic St-Malo Day Program ratified a new two-year collective agreement by 100 per cent.
Members will see a two per cent wage increase each year, an increase in sick time payout and a new 20 year seniority premium and increases to the existing 10 and 15 year premiums.
There was many language improvements added into the contract including all new legislated leaves such as domestic violence, organ donor, etc.
The new collective agreement will come into effect on April 1, 2017 and it will expire on March 31, 2019
