Deadline for CCWIPP Top Up is August 31.

July 31, 2006 This is  a general reminder for those who belong to the Canadian Commercial Workers Industry Pension Plan, (CCWIPP) that the deadline for adding to your pension plan is August 31. Tentative Agreement Reached at Cara-ATR

July 18, 2006 UFCW Local 832 announced today that it has reached a tentative agreement with CARA-ATR. Over 100 employees will be affected by the new agreement. Terms of the agreement have not been released yet but will be available for a ratification meeting that will be scheduled in the middle of August. Check back for further updates.

Shoppers Drug Mart Employees Join UFCW

July 14, 2006 The Manitoba Labour Relations Board announced on July 13 that UFCW Local 832 was successful in signing up more than 65% of the employees at the Shopper Drug Mart located at 795 Keewatin. July 7, 2006 Negotiations are progressing very slowly. Our seventh and eighth days of bargaining were held on June 30th and July 5th.
